CEO/Founder
John is the Founder and President of SARTech Solutions, built alongside his son and hero, Santiago “Santi,” to support small and mid-sized businesses through people-first technology. With over a decade of MSP and IT experience, John leads with integrity, accountability, and a strong service mindset shaped by his family’s business roots. Inspired by Santi’s resilience, he is committed to building lasting relationships, strengthening community, and leaving a meaningful legacy.
Ryan James
IT Support Engineer
Ryan recently joined SARTech as an IT Support Engineer, bringing over five years of experience across MSP and internal IT roles. He focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions while providing an exceptional client experience. Outside of work, Ryan values time with family and friends and enjoys personal pursuits that support balance and perspective.
Tricia Coorey
Office Manager
Tricia enjoys starting each day focused on the details that keep SARTech moving toward its organizational goals. From books and records to A/R, A/P, vendor management, payroll, HR, and marketing, her work reflects thoroughness, accuracy, and due diligence. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for family and friends, fitness classes, and keeping life organized at home.
Borsalino Angelotte
Principal Engineer
Bors drives complex IT solutions and operational excellence within managed services and enterprise environments, specializing in infrastructure engineering, automation, and resolving high-impact technical issues. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gaming, weight lifting, playing chess, and spending time with his family.
